Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 200 gms paneer


  • 1/2 cups malai


  • 1 nos onion (small dice)


  • 1 nos tomato (small dice)


  • 1 nos ginger (chopped)


  • 2 nos hari mirch (chopped)


  • 1 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp kasoori methi (rub on palms)


  • 1 tsp pisa dhabiya


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 2 nos hara dhabiya and 1tsp for serving (optional)


  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  • Heat 2 tablespoon oil.
  • Add onion, tomato, hari mirch, ginger .
  • Stir, cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.
  • Off flame.Let it cool .
  • Add malai and grind with half cooked onion masala .
  • Heat 3 teaspoon on medium heat .
  • Add grind mixture stir well.
  • Add salt, haldi, pisa dhaniya and stir.
  • Add hara dhaniya and kasoori methi.
  • Still well till oil remove .
  • Add paneer pieces and stir.
  • Add 1.5 cup water.
  • Stir and cook for 10 minutes in low flame .
  • Add garam masala stir and off the flame .
  • Pour some chopped hara dhaniya while serving (optional).
  • Serve hot with chapati .
  • I prefer with naan.
